3-6 sessions would be the most effective package for working towards a longer-term goal or change with consistency and accountability from me. But 3 is a great place to start! The sessions are paid in full up-front (and the first session booked at the time of payment), but the remaining sessions can be booked at any time within 6 months of the invoice date. £165.00 for 3x 60 mins Get the first session booked in, and let's get going!
