I'm here for women who have been holding everything together, and are ready to feel like themselves again.

I offer gentle, private coaching for midlife women who feel overwhelmed, lost, or quietly exhausted, and want to feel grounded, steady, and excited about their next chapter.

I know this work personally.
I’ve navigated overwhelm, identity shifts, and learning to take up space in my own life.
I now create the space I once needed. And I would LOVE to help you do the same.

I don't use a fancy 17 step method. Or some complicated framework. 

I just ask. And then I sit back and I listen.
I REALLY listen.

What I offer

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions
in blocks of 3 months or 6 months


Sessions usually take place fortnightly, giving you consistent space to pause, reflect and embody subtle shifts whilst allowing real life to unfold between them.

 
Part of the magic happens between sessions - you'll have access to gentle support with me between sessions, so when something comes up, you don’t have to carry it alone until the next appointment. And I can act as your chief cheerleader, between sessions.
